I did get my refund in the end, so that was fine, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would. I kept checking for it, then kind of forgot about it, and then it finally showed up. Not the worst experience or anything, just a bit slow

I wasn’t expecting much from the packaging when I ordered from Mou, but it showed up really well packed. The box was sturdy, no crushed corners, and nothing was rattling around loose inside.

It wasn’t some over-the-top fancy unboxing or anything, just solid packaging that actually did its job. I was expecting maybe a little wear from shipping, so getting everything clean and in great shape was a nice surprise. Easy 5 stars from me.

I haven’t actually ordered anything yet, so this is just based on my experience looking around the site.

I ordered from mou-online.com the shipping was disappointing. They made it seem like delivery would be quicker and more straightforward, but that wasn’t really the case. The package did show up eventually, so I’ll give them that, but the tracking barely updated and I was left guessing most of the time.

It ended up taking about a week longer than I expected, which was annoying because the delivery expectations they set didn’t match reality. The product itself was fine once it arrived, but I really wish they were more honest about shipping times or at least gave better updates along the way.

I got these boots last week i’m happy with them. The leather feels solid but still soft, which is always a good sign, right?? The stitching looks clean too, and overall they seem like good quality boots. No complaints so far.

I ordered my usual size from mou-online.com and they fit well. At first they felt a little snug, which kind of made me think, great, here we go, but after walking around the house for a bit they loosened up and felt fine. So I guess the size guide is accurate enough. I’m happy with them, but also slightly annoyed I had to second-guess it so much before ordering. Took off one star for that

I ordered from Mou and ended up needing a different size. The return process did work, but it was slower than I expected, and the tracking updates weren’t very clear. Customer service did reply, just not quickly. I got the exchange in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience, but some of the waiting and guessing felt unnecessary. It could definitely be smoother

Delivery was alright, but definitely not perfect. My order showed up a few days later than the estimate, and the Tracking barely updated, which was a little annoying. I did get the right items though, so that was fine. Just wish the timing was more reliable.
